1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using Linnet, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. “Linnet,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of the Linnet service. If you use Linnet for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization to these terms.

You must be legally able to enter a contract and at least 18 years old. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and API keys, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, users, connected services, and authorized agents.

Project roles, approval controls, test mode, sending-domain status, and production gates are security boundaries. You may not bypass, probe, or misrepresent them.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Linnet only for lawful email operations involving recipients you are authorized to contact. You must honor consent, suppression, unsubscribe, privacy, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, and marketing laws that apply to you.

You may not use Linnet to send spam or deceptive messages; distribute malware; facilitate fraud, harassment, phishing, unlawful discrimination, or exploitation; purchase or scrape contact lists without authority; evade provider limits; interfere with the service; or access data belonging to another customer.

We may investigate abuse, restrict sending, quarantine data, suspend access, or preserve evidence where reasonably necessary to protect recipients, customers, providers, or Linnet.

4. Email operations and delivery

You control your sender identity, content, recipients, timing, permissions, and instructions. Linnet provides tools and evidence but does not make an imported contact lawful, guarantee inbox placement, or guarantee that a mailbox provider will accept or display a message.

Sending may be subject to test-mode restrictions, verified domains, provider quotas, reputation controls, warmup, rate limits, compliance review, and explicit production approval. We may throttle, pause, or reject traffic to protect system or sender reputation.

You must include accurate sender information and any legally required unsubscribe or preference mechanism. You remain responsible for products, offers, claims, and links in your messages.

5. Agents and automated operations

Linnet may let you or your software agents draft, inspect, schedule, pause, or propose email operations. Agent output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing consequential operations and for the authority you grant to users, keys, integrations, and agents.

Product approval controls do not replace your legal, security, or business review. You may not instruct an agent to bypass Linnet policy or fabricate consent, delivery, revenue, or compliance evidence.

6. Service, content, and termination

Early access

Linnet is currently an early-access service. Features can change, be incomplete, or require manual support. Test results and provider acceptance are not proof of production delivery, inbox placement, regional compliance, or business results.

Your content

You retain rights in content and data you provide. You grant Linnet the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, secure, and display that content to provide the service and follow your instructions. You represent that you have the necessary rights to provide it.

Linnet materials

Linnet and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, designs, documentation, and brand. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.

Fees and changes

Fees, usage allowances, and plan terms will be shown in an order, plan, or checkout before they apply. We may change the service or these terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted or otherwise communicated.

Termination

You may stop using Linnet at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, security risk, legal requirements, nonpayment, or material harm to the service or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

7. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Linnet is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free agent output, message delivery, inbox placement, or particular results.

To the extent permitted by law, Linnet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Any additional liability terms, governing law, venue, service levels, or negotiated commitments must be stated in an applicable signed order or agreement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation above. In those places, the limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
