Fair pricing / Early access

Keep every contact. Pay for the work.

Linnet does not increase your bill because your address book grew. Production plans will be based on sending, workflow, infrastructure, and support—not stored contact count.

One product. Three operating needs.

Linnet is in controlled early access. We agree the allowance and price in writing before a workspace can send to public recipients. The packages below describe capability, not an unannounced price list.

Developer

Transactional

For product teams wiring account, receipt, and notification email.

  • Email API, templates, logs, and webhooks
  • Test and production projects
  • Shared transactional infrastructure
  • Agent and CLI entry points

Included sends + clear overage

Control

Higher volume

For senders that need reserved capacity, isolation, or their own AWS account.

  • Dedicated or reserved sending options
  • BYO Amazon SES option
  • Migration and deliverability support
  • Contracted volume and operating boundary

Scoped from real traffic

Stored contacts are not a billing meter. Import rates, event and content retention, automation executions, exports, infrastructure, support, and abuse controls remain bounded because they represent real work or risk.

The early-access contract

No surprise production bill.

  • Test projects are isolated and cannot send to public recipients.
  • Production access requires a verified domain, a working route, and an approved sending boundary.
  • Your written plan states included sends, overage, support, region, and any dedicated infrastructure.
  • Spend controls and send pauses are visible before broad traffic begins.

What we will not do

Turn people into a tax.

Keeping a legitimate dormant contact does not move you to a higher plan. We will not quietly recreate contact pricing through a renamed profile or audience meter.
